The Foundation for Young Australians (FYA) is a national, independent, non-profit organisation dedicated solely to young people.
FYA provides a national platform of respect and opportunity for the best ideas and actions that young Australians have to offer. FYA believe that all young people have the courage, imagination and will to shape their education and create social change.
Too many young Australians are not being given the platforms of support they need to live their lives with a sense of purpose and wellbeing. By linking and supporting like-minded organisations and individuals, young people’s sense of inclusion and connectedness to communities will significantly increase.
FYA works to ensure that young people are genuine participants in shaping their education as key players in the design and implementation of ideas and solutions. FYA works to inspire, support and equip young people with the skills they need to engage in social action so that they can transform their world view.
