The hours of operation of the Helpdesk are Monday-Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm AEST
While we have a number of people supporting the ORB Helpdesk, please understand that there are peak periods for telephone calls and you may not be able to speak to someone immediately. If your call
ends up going to voicemail, all Helpdesk officers are on the phone. Please you leave your name, telephone number and a brief description of your issue and the officers will get back to you as soon
as they can.
