Changes have been made to the Online Record Book for both Coordinators and Participants and are available now.

What do these changes mean?
|
- Improved Adventurous Journey processes
|
Coordinators can now add Participants to a journey.
This allows Coordinators to create a journey and add Participants all in one step. Gives greater control over how journeys for the organsation are managed.

- Removal of Supervisor invitation and report
|
No longer required to invite the Supervisor and request a Supervisor report.
Supervisors are still a mandatory role to have on a journey however they now have no actions required in the Online Record Book.

- New Reports (available 2 June)
|
A series of reports will be available for Coordinators to capture more information about Participants.
E.g. Participant details, Award status, completions
