His Honour Mr Tom Pauling AO QC, Administrator of the Northern Territory, accepted patronage in March 2008. His Honour participated in Outward Bound in the 1960’s and values the diversity of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award program and how it shapes young people to contribute positively to their community and their own wellbeing.
