The position will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency of the National Award’s operations as well as supporting State and Territory divisions in their endeavours to optimise access to the Award throughout Australia.
We are seeking a proactive, collaborative person well able to work in and with small teams. They must have a demonstrated: high level capacity to plan, implement and evaluate key initiatives; to analyse data and prepare and present complex reports; and a knowledge and capacity to supervise the preparation of management accounts and Board reports. They must also have or be able acquire quickly, a high level of understanding of the Award, its operations and the operations of its licenced Award Authorities.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. In conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer, this role will oversee the diverse business operations of our charity. A suitable remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
