Coordinators
and Assessors, and also for technical queries.

Q. What are the minimum computer system requirements to run the ORB?
The ORB has been designed for the following:

Whilst the system will work with other specs, we can only guarantee complete functionality on the above.
Privacy and Access
Q. Who has access to Online Record Book?
The Online Record Book pilot will run for the remainder of 2009. National Office and some States and Territories have access, along with the selected pilot Licenced Operators. Each Licenced Operator will have at least one Coordinator who will access their records, and Participants who log their Award activities through the Online Record Book. Assessors with online access whose Participants are using the Online Record Book will also have access.
Q. What do you do with my personal information?
We are firmly committed to protecting the privacy any personal information you give us and we aim to maintain a safe and secure system of handling your information. We seek to ensure that your personal information is handled in accordance with the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. We only collect personal information through
the Site
that is necessary for us to carry out our functions and activities. We will only use your personal information for the reasons we collect it, which is primarily communicating with Award Participants, Assessors and Coordinators and recording Participants’ progress, communicating about The Award, or otherwise as permitted by the Privacy Act.
